♥ Summer Skin Care for Oily skin

Summer is here. This is the most frightening season for all oily-skinned people. Here are some tips to take care of your skin during summer.
Do s
Cleansing: Wash your face often to remove excess oil. Keep it a regular practice to wash your face as soon as you wake up, after work and before going to bed. A deep cleansing face wash with glycerin will be enough for normal seasons. But in summers, when you are prone to excess oil and impurities, use a good anti-bacterial soap or gel. Wash your hair also and try to keep it oil-free because oily-scalp will make your face more oily. Keep your hair pulled back and avoid oiling too much.
Exfoliating: Exfoliate twice a week with a scrub to remove dead skin because dead skin stays longer on oily skin, accumulating more oil and grime.
Toning: Use a mild toner. A toner with astringent would be better. You can also apply lemon juice twice a week. If you have more pimples/acne or sensitive skin, deeply dilute the lemon juice and add some rosewater and honey.
Moisturizing: After toning, apply moisturizer, preferably gel or fluid (water-based). Avoid cream moisturizers as they are more oil based.
Don’t s
Don’t wash your face more than 3-4 times. It will remove the natural oils and make your skin over dry.
Avoid astringents with too much alcohol. An astringent with high alcohol content is a chemical peel. So don’t damage your skin.
When choosing sunscreens, look for phrases like oil-free, water-based and non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog your pores). Sunscreens with Zinc Oxide will be a good choice because they don’t make your skin feel greasy.
Some general tips
Change your pillow cover often.
Avoid stress.
Deep-fried and spicy food will make skin secrete more oil.
Drink lot of water and juices to cool down your body.
Don’t touch your face with dirty hands often.
Steaming twice month is good.

Hey, great tips for oily skin. But can you share some remedy for dry skin in summer for people like me. Recently, I saw a TV advertisement of parachute summer fresh body lotion that says its ideal for dry skin in summer. It has coconut milk extracts to nourish the skin deeply, the mint in it leaves a cooling sensation on the skin and has double sunscreens to protect from UV rays. Any tips or remarks?
